Cash-Based Practice

Harper Chiropractic & Wellness LLC is a 100% cash-based practice.

This means:

We do not bill insurance for any services.

Payment is required at the time of service for every appointment.

Patients are responsible for all charges incurred.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept:

Cash

Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)

We do not accept:

Checks

Insurance payments

Third-party billing

Medicare/Medicaid submissions

Superbills / Receipts

Upon request, we can provide an itemized receipt or superbill for patients who wish to submit to their insurance independently.

Reimbursement is not guaranteed and is solely between the patient and their insurance company.

The practice does not communicate with insurance companies or assist with claim follow-up or disputes.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

To respect your time and our schedule:

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.

Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

No-shows may be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.

Refund Policy

Payments for services already rendered are non-refundable.

Prepaid services (if offered) are non-refundable but may be transferred at the clinic’s discretion.

Medicare / Medicaid Notice

Harper Chiropractic & Wellness LLC is not enrolled in Medicare or Medicaid.

Patients may not submit receipts to Medicare or Medicaid for reimbursement.

All services provided are self-pay only.
